Your role

Are you at your best when serving clients and building long-term relationships? Do you have a proven track record in servicing Swiss and/or international clientele?

 

We are looking for some who can help us: 

• build trustworthy and long-term relationships with clients

• manage daily business and ensure professional communication with clients

• monitor the on-going provision of our services in terms of clients needs and quality

• act as trusted manager between the client and different stakeholders

Your team

You'll be joining a highly skilled and motivated boutique Multi-Family Office team based in Zurich, Switzerland. The team is responsible for all management and handling of client requests - financial and non-financial - in collaboration with internal and external service providers.

Your expertise

Besides being a true team player, you bring excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills as well as a proven track record in relationship management of wealthy clients. 

 

You are a driven and highly motivated person, who naturally takes ownership of client relationships, is capable of understanding the client's needs and translating them into solutions. Furthermore, you are an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
